Before it ever reaches your mug, coffee starts its journey as a green bean — harvested, processed, and dried in origin countries like Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, and Kenya.

These are the raw beans we carefully roast right here in Cheshire and package fresh for you.

Because green coffee is traded globally in U.S. dollars, weaker local currencies make exporting more expensive — and that cost trickles down to importers and roasters like us.

4. Growing Global Demand

The appetite for specialty coffee is growing. More people are looking for traceable, high-quality coffee — and that means more competition for the best lots.
