This white honey Milenio comes from Finca Edgar, one of several farms managed by the Aguilera brothers in Costa Rica’s West Valley. The twelve siblings behind Aguilera Coffee Traders have spent decades honing their approach to quality, and are now known across the region for their consistent, award-winning coffees. Their focus on variety selection and precise processing has made them a mainstay in the Costa Rica Cup of Excellence.
 
Milenio is a hybrid of Sarchimor and Sudan Rume – a variety bred for resilience but capable of excellent quality when given the right conditions. In this white honey lot, it shows a vibrant, well-structured profile with a long finish and rounded sweetness. Expect notes of sugar cane and panela, smooth chocolate and honey, and a mix of roasted nuts – almond, walnut, and peanut – carried by a clean, balanced cup.
